Matteo Capobianco, also known as Ufocinque, was born in Novara in 1981.
Originally active in the Italian graffiti and street art scene, he later explored a broader definition of art while pursuing his design studies at the Politecnico di Milano. Regardless of the context, the foundation of the artist’s work is rooted in the art of the past. After working as a set designer for various Italian theaters, he began creating art installations, blending design methods with set design and using hand-cut paper as his signature material. The murals he creates are dotted with symbols and iconography, creating a hidden layer of meaning.
A visual interpretation created through a mural depicting the visual elements observed and heard during the residency in Porto Tolle—through conversations with residents, excursions on foot, by car, and by boat, and exchanges of experiences with the other residency participants. The mural is thus composed of fragments, symbols, and impromptu elements intended to highlight the symbols of the territory from a landscape, environmental, historical, and social perspective.

Eleonora Mastropietro She is a geographer and documentary filmmaker. An associate professor at the University of Milan, she teaches Urban Geography and Methods for the Representation and Communication of Territories. In her work, she combines territorial observation with the craft of documentary filmmaking. She is a founding member of the La Fournaise Cultural Association, for which she has produced and directed documentary films. In 2018, she made her first feature-length film Storia dal Qui, screened at the Festival dei Popoli in 2018 and 2023 Montanario, premiering in competition at the 2021 Trento Film Festival.

Documentary (25 min) – A journey through the Delta that follows the natural cycle of water and the many forms it takes in Porto Tolle, from the river to the irrigation canals, from the canals back to the river and then to the sea, and from the sea to the Scardovari lagoon. During this journey, we’ll pass cultivated fields and boats loaded with tourists, clam fishermen grappling with blue crabs, and fish auctions.

Una giornata di osservazione documentaria presso il porto turistico di Sant'Angelo durante le ore di maggiore affluenza. Tobias Boos is a researcher in social and cultural geography at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Mainz, Germany, with a dissertation on Arab diaspora communities in Argentina.
He has conducted fieldwork in Lebanon, Ecuador, Argentina, and Italy. His current research interests include critical cartography and its applications, studies of festive culture, studies of diaspora and migration, and the regional geographies of the Alps. His recent book, which he edited together with Daniela Salvucci, *Cultures in Mountain Areas. Comparative Studies/Culture in aree di montagna. Prospettive comparative,” was published in 2022.
Frutto di due periodi di ricerca sul campo – invernale ed estivo – tra i borghi di Arvier e Leverogne e le loro frazioni montane, l'indagine esplora la vita quotidiana nel comune attraverso interviste agli abitanti. Al centro dell'analisi vi sono le trasformazioni locali, l'agricoltura, la percezione di Arvier come luogo "di passaggio", la relazione con Aosta e la gestione comunitaria dei beni delle consorterie. La restituzione ha preso forma in una mappa collettiva e cangiante, creata con la popolazione attraverso collage fotografici e interviste per innescare un dialogo aperto sulle rappresentazioni del territorio.

He founded and developed progettoSkia and framedivision, working groups active in the fields of independent photography publishing, documentary film, and the performing arts that explore the languages of the contemporary world.
